Some factors affecting chemical transformation of the two elements such as pH, dissolved organic carbon (DOC), their uptake by plant and also cation exchange capacity in the rhizosphere and bulk soil were also assessed. Rhizosphere was obtained with gentle shaking and separating the soil around plant roots. Results showed that zinc uptake was more than lead in both plant cultivars. Zinc and lead accumulation in all cultivars roots were also more than shoots. Translocation index (The ratio of element concentration in shoot to root) in the corn cultivars was higher than canola cultivars (significant correlation= 1%) while the ratio was higher for lead in canola cultivars. Metal concentration in shoots to total metal concentrations in soil (Accumulation factor) showed a similar trend like the translocation index. In total, the corn ability in zinc and lead absorption and extraction in soil was higher compared to canola. There weren’t any significant changes in rhizosphere pH compared to bulk soil. Dissolved organic carbon in the rhizosphere of different cultivars was more than bulk soil and the amount of it in canola was significantly more than corn cultivars. Among each plant cultivars, the absorption rate increased with increasing root exudates. The results of sequential and single step extraction methods showed that the general trend and the soil system tendency (Root-Soil interface) is toward zinc availability in the rhizosphere. The amount of lead in rhizosphere showed no significant changes to bulk soil with none of the extractants in single step extraction method but with regards to the results of sequential extraction method, rhizosphere processes tend to reduce the availability of this element in both plant cultivars.}, keywords = {Dissolved Organic Carbon,Translocation Index,Sequential Extraction,Accumulation Factor,Rhizosphere}, title_fa = {بررسی شکل های مختلف شیمیایی سرب و روی در ریزوسفر برخی ارقام ذرت و کلزا}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق شکل های شیمیایی5 سرب و روی در خاک ریزوسفری و غیر ریزوسفری ارقام مختلف ذرت و کلزا با روش عصاره گیری دنباله ای6 و تک مرحله ای7 بررسی شد. همچنین برخی از عوامل موثر بر تغییر شکل های شیمیایی دو عنصر مانند pH، کربن آلی محلول (DOC)8، جذب فلز توسط گیاه و ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی در خاک ریزوسفری و غیر ریزوسفری اندازه گیری گردید. خاک ریزوسفری با روش تکان ملایم گیاه و جدا کردن خاک اطراف ریشه ها تهیه شد. نتایج نشان داد جذب روی در ارقام هر دو گیاه بیشتر از سرب بود. همچنین غلظت روی و سرب در ریشه همه ارقام بالاتر از اندام هوایی بود. شاخص انتقال روی9 (نسبت غلظت عنصر در اندام هوایی به ریشه) در ارقام ذرت به طور معنی داری (p < 0.01) بیشتر از ارقام کلزا بود در حالیکه در مورد سرب این نسبت در ارقام کلزا بالاتر بود. نسبت غلظت فلز در اندام هوایی به غلظت کل فلز در خاک (10فاکتور تجمع) نیز روند مشابهی را مانند شاخص انتقال نشان داد. در مجموع توانایی ذرت در جذب و استخراج روی و سرب از خاک در مقایسه با کلزا بیشتر بود. پ هاش خاک ریزوسفری در مقایسه با خاک غیر ریزوسفری تغییر معنی داری نداشت. میزان کربن آلی محلول ریشه در خاک ریزوسفری ارقام مختلف بیشتر از خاک غیر ریزوسفری و مقدار آن در ارقام کلزا به طور معنی داری بالاتر از ذرت بود. در بین ارقام هر گونه گیاهی با افزایش میزان ترشحات ریشه میزان جذب نیز افزایش یافت. نتایج عصاره گیری دنباله ای و تک مرحله ای نشان داد که روند کلی و تمایل سیستم به سمت افزایش فراهمی روی در ریزوسفر می باشد. مقدار سرب در ریزوسفر با هیچکدام از عصاره گیرهای تک مرحله ای تغییر معنی داری نسبت به خاک غیر ریزوسفری نشان نداد و با توجه به نتایج عصاره گیری دنباله ای تمایل سیستم در جهت کاهش فراهمی این عنصر در ریزوسفر ارقام مختلف دو گیاه می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {کربن آلی محلول,شاخص انتقال,عصاره گیری دنباله ای,فاکتور تجمع,ریزوسفر}, url = {https://jsw.um.ac.ir/article_36649.html}, eprint = {https://jsw.um.ac.ir/article_36649_281c60cd451a8a13dbf523a0e22f5c58.pdf} }
